Hi, I'm Peta

After 25+ years as a registered nurse, I saw the same pattern over and over: people struggling with health issues that conventional medicine wasn't fully addressing. That's what led me to naturopathy.

My nursing background means I understand both worlds. I can read your blood tests, understand your medications, and work alongside your GP — while also bringing the holistic, root-cause approach that natural health offers.

After 16 years practising naturopathy, I moved to Dunedin to build something different: a naturopathy service that's truly accessible, no matter where in Australia or New Zealand you live.
